mattress and adjustable base (about 200lbs) were set up with complete care!! dustin & jeremy arrived on time with smiles and eager to get the job done right!! dustin offered to put booties over his shoes which was appreciated. he was friendly and easy to work with. both were extremely professional throughout the set-up. extreme care was taken when coming in and out of our home and around all of our other furniture. including going up and down the stairs avoiding our pictures that line our staitcase. just an awesome job! i cannot say enough words to describe how truly pleased we are to get this team of great workers today!! definitely worth bookmarking! thank you red carpet moving company and especially dustin and jeremy!! i absolutely recommend this company & the team members mentioned. enjoy! :) as pleased as we were with the 2016 move - we are so much more unhappy with the june 2018 move. our lease was up and our landlord decided to sell rather than extend us the 6 months until our new home would be ready. so, we called red carpet thinking we'd get the same level of service - boy were we wrong!! we scheduled a tuesday move to get their best crew. if this was their best i really hate to see the other crews! granted they were fast - fast and careless! we didn't realize how careless until we finished unpacking. i am so thankful we put the china and crystal in storage ourselves and didn't allow these 'professionals' to touch them. oh - be sure to read the fine print - because they certainly won't tell you that if they break anything they reimburse by the pound - .60/pound! 60 cents doesn't go far when they drop a 50 pound flatscreen tv! guess we missed that - shame on us. and then there's the wonderful claim process- 1. broken tv noted on receipt (this is when they also noted the reimbursement policy) 2. request claim form via email - requested 3 times before it was sent 3. submit form via email for our $30 to replace the $500 tv ... still no response i could go on and on but i've wasted enough time and energy. i regret using them and definitely regret tipping them. all in all it was a very expensive lesson. we will not be calling them back for the move to the new home and will never recommend them again. our sincere apologies to those we have recommended them to and to any on yelp that relied on our review and had a poor experience with red carpet movers. i would recommend this company to anyone. scott, robert, ash, boise, and chan's were all great to work with. they were on time, friendly, professional, and they knocked out the job in record time. they were careful with all our belongings and worked hard. i don't have any reservation saying they did a great job. the only reason i'm not leaving five stars is because there was a communication mix-up with the office about how big the job was when i booked the move. that required the move to be split up into two days with two different sets of movers which cost us a couple hundred dollars more than we expected. after some research i decided to go with red carpert. i couldn't be happier. the staff was friendly and everything so smoothly. would reccomend them 100% of the time. my girlfriend and i recently moved from mountains edge, in southwest las vegas, to henderson, nv. the crew from red carpet was on
